Requesting new features, enhancements, or design changes to PatternFly

- Describe the use cases and requirements of the new feature or enhancement you are requesting. The login component needs some enhancement. On the mobile viewport, it does not seem like there is the ability to scale the logo on the masthead to avoid it getting cut off or a way to only show an icon instead of a full logo - Explain why this feature is needed and/or why these requirements cannot be met using existing components. Currently, the full logo on mobile gets cut off. The existing component does not allow scaling down the logo. - If this is for specific applications, list them here along with any dates that you need this for. Ansible Automation Platform, GA will be in Oct - Link any detailed design documents, rough sketches, wireframes or workflows. @mcoker for mobile could we impose a width or max-width on the brand component so this doesn't overflow. This would only be on our smallest breakpoints.
