[NEW] Listing component #657

Aggregator component is still being fleshed out, but would hopefully have Drupal integration. Idea is for this to replace the "Planet" blog content list that Middleware has at https://planet.jboss.org/ the component would:

Get data from a feed URL
Parse the data into a standard format
Present the data in a format defined by a template of some sort
More TBD

Hey Luke, this sounds a lot like a listing component such as what we use on dotcom: https://www.redhat.com/en/blog. We are reworking the listing pages now into React for expediency and want to inject the web components soon for presentational control. @coreyvickery Do you have any designs already completed for listing pages such as the Blog listing?
