fix(sideNav): revert temp fix for tokens update #4270

@tlabaj this was failing CI as the versions weren't bumped to pull in the fix from react-tokens. I pulled it locally and got it working after a few tries so pushed the version bumps back up to this PR to see if we can get CI passing.

@tlabaj this CI error is what we see what the @patternfly/documenation-framework version isn't matched in documentation-site's package.json dependency - can you bump that to alpha 97 so they match?
