Closes #4347 Makes progress on https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-org/issues/4345 (or maybe closes) Also adds info from https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly/issues/6996

So I added a new "first step" about overrides, but in step number 2 we say "we strongly recommend running codemods before making any manual changes to your codebase" So should we have codemods at # 1 and then ask people to address their overrides?
