Inconsistent rendering of prerequisites between quick start card and the side drawer #142

I noticed that prerequisites are now rendering in the body of OpenShift quick starts, in the 'View Prerequisites' twist down. That's great!

However, I also noticed that this section doesn't render markup (bolding, hyperlinks, etc.) in the same way that the quick start card does.

An example is shown in the image below:

We need to render markup in the 'View Prerequisites' section in the same way that we do on the card. Right now, the visual appearance of the raw markup isn't good.
