[Quick Starts] In the console, an attribute has upstream value instead of downstream value #183

The {product-long-api-designer} attribute has different values upstream and downstream:

Upstream: OpenShift API Designer
Downstream: Red Hat OpenShift API Designer

The correct (downstream) value is used in the Customer Portal version of the quick start (Getting started). However, the console version incorrectly uses the upstream value instead of the downstream value.

Spoke with @bredamc Another QS is being correctly prefixed with org-name using the same attribute definition, so shouldn't be a QS problem. https://qaprodauth.console.redhat.com/application-services/learning-resources?quickstart=connectors-getting-started
