Focus after drawer is closed #201

As a followup to https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-quickstarts/issues/89: What should happen to the focus when a drawer is closed? cc @jessiehuff

I imagine that focus would go back to the top of the page or perhaps main if we think the user will most likely want to start interacting with specific content.
