Close button in QuickStartFooter doesn't always close

Hi, Sometimes the "Close" button, in the footer, doesn't do anything.

Steps to reproduce: Please note that to reproduce these exact steps you need to clear the website data for https://quickstarts.netlify.app/

• Start
• Back
• Continue
• Back
• Back
• Continue
• Close

Result: The QuickStart is still open.

Environment: Browser: Chrome 112 OS: RHEL 8.7
