QuickStartContextProvider: updating allQuickStarts is not working #99

Found this when I was trying to update allQuickStarts in the context based on the chosen language. When I changed it didn't rerender. So I had to use QuickStartContainer.

QuickStartContainer is preferred method for consuming QS, closing for now as we haven't seen this issue pop up in the wild.
