Remove dependency on importing Patternfly patternfly-addons.scss #137

Describe the problem The toolbar buttons use the pf-v5-u-screen-reader class which is found in the addons css. Using the pf-v5-screen-reader class accomplishes the same thing but is found in base Patternfly css. Switching will remove the dependency.
