Bug: Group node moves to new starting point after expand+collapse

Describe the problem A clear and concise description of the problem. Which components are affected? This bug is particularly evident when using pipelines to implement groups however this is occurring with default nodes as well.

Collapsed node groups should redraw at initial start point with single edge
