Model hyperlink in README points to invalid page #150

Describe the problem The URL to the Model in the basic usage is outdated and doesn't point to any file.

How do you reproduce the problem?

  1. Go to basic usage README
  2. Select the "Model" hyperlink.

Expected behavior The hyperlink should take me to the appropriate place in code. Possibly https://github.com/patternfly/react-topology/blob/main/packages/module/src/types.ts

What is your environment?
