Following discussion with the RHOAI team and the UX feedback, we want to add Expand All / Collapse All buttons to the Control Bar. Per @jeff-phillips-18 , to adhere to PF standards, use the "Expand" and "Collapse" icons rather than the text and radio buttons below.
