Pipelines: Add Support to Focus on Bounds of Expanded Group

Describe the problem A clear and concise description of the problem. Which components are affected?

Default behavior is to center the graph onExpand, but for layouts with a large number of nodes/groups, we should maintain focus on the group that was most recently expanded.

How do you reproduce the problem? Graph when a group has been expanded:

Expected behavior

Focus on the bounds of the expanded group.
