Hover on node at low details level shows node label incorrectly

Describe the problem When zoomed out such the the node details are hidden along with the label, if I hover over the node the details and label are shown but the label is small and drawn near the center of the node rather than the bottom.

How do you reproduce the problem? Zoom out and hover over a node

Expected behavior The node label should be shown at the same scale as the node and placed at the original location.
