When we watched users try to scroll in the instructions panel, there were a few users who don’t scroll with their laptop/mouse, and instead prefer to grab the scrollbar and pull it down. Currently, when the user hovers over the scrollbar 80% of the time the double-headed arrow shows instead of the pointer. A suggestion would be to have the double-headed arrow show only on the intersection between the instructions and the editor (to demonstrate resizing).
