Disable user selection for header logo and avatars #192

The (a) header logo and (b) avatars used for both the user and the bot - are currently able to be selected (e.g. click + drag). This can inadvertently trigger the drop zone interaction. In some cases, it can get locked and prevent the drop zone from resetting. Let's disable user selection on these assets.
