feature request: export csv file without column headings #273

Currently the csv file export routine add the column headings by default. For 
some applications of csv files it would be better to be able to export them 
without the column headings (variable names). Most programs allowing export of 
csv files, such as database fronts, have an option to include or exclude column 
headings. Would this be possible for google-refine as well?

For the moment, a workaround would be to use the template exporter.
