Store view settings across sessions #292

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up facets and filters in a document
2. Change the number of displayed rows to 50
3. Close the document
4. Re-open the document

What is the expected output? 
The document being displayed as after step 2 with all the facts and filters in 
place and 50 rows being displayed 

What do you see instead?
The document being displayed with the default view settings: no facets, nor 
filters and 10 rows per page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.0 [r1836]
