Can I install google-refine on a USB drive? #299

Only because it will be many months before this penetrates our IT defenses.

As long as you have Java installed on your machine, you can run Refine from 
your usb drive. Refine doesn't need to be "installed".

By the way, please direct questions to the mailing list. This issue tracking 
system is only for bugs and feature requests.
