Use StringEx to build urls
Set original tag name to title.

I'm sorry for the super late reaction. I kinda disregarded my repos for a while. I had to copy & past this comment… (o//O)

Could you please explain to me the benefit of using StringEx? Of cause, I see a little, but I don't think it is worth it to change a dependency. However I don't know much about StringEx.

StringEx.to_url allows to use non-latin characters, such as cyrilic by automatic transliteration
