Switch out electron-packager with electron-builder. #7

electron-builder (see here) is more advanced and comes with auto-update feature out of the box. So switch out electron-packager with electron-builder.

In commit https://github.com/pattnaik-soumitri/DevKube/commit/9d1dd5df98ebf0b9bd7a7ca5df774cb9aef7a9ab I have added the dependencies and configs for electron-builder.
I am able to generate msis, msi installers for windows, and dmg installers for Mac.
The installation works fine on both platforms.
However, the app does not open for some reason.
