(Charley) Make custom hold sprite extensible #303

Some changes: we should be able to add custom sprites to 'Resources/CustomHolds' folder and custom handhold sprites will be rendered for menu holds, in addition made some small changes in RocMan such that holds are now included/rendered in the game scene.
