[3.3.1] [bug] Product overview does not display best-before-date correctly

As visible in the screenshot, the best-before-date, however only if i also sort by the best before date.

If i remove the sorting, but keep show field>next best-before-date enabled, the badge disappears.

This might even be intended behavoiur (even though i still find it confusing and would request a change)

When the product is within the expiry period of 5 days, the badge is displayed correctly and highlighted in yellow

perhaps a better change would be to modify the show-field filter:

currently:

• [x] best before date (enabled on default settings)

change:

• [x] best-before if expires soon (enabled by default)
• [ ] show best-before always (disabled by default, but still keeping the nice color highlighting active that is currently implemented)

I just reproduced what you mean for my own instance. You're right, that's intentional but the filters could be improved as you said.
