Recipe preparation mode page #865

When reading the recipe the screen would turn off instead of keeping it on. Server 4.2.0.

Hey, that's because there is no cooking mode in our app yet... So let's use this issue for ccoking mode progress if it is there in the future. And for the meantime I could add a toggle on the recipes page for keeping the display on.
