Adding beats or subdivisions doesn't respect "Reduce animations" setting #30

How to reproduce:

Turn on the "Reduce animations" and "Show subdivision controls" toggles in Settings.

Now add beats and subdivisions with the plus icon. The newly added dots get animated as if the "Reduce animations" setting was off. Restarting the app fixes the problem (until you use the plus buttons again).
