[1.16.5] Fairy Lights immediately disappear when placed #169

Hello! I'm having issues placing the fairy string lights. All other lights and string objects are fine, but when I place fairy lights, it doesn't allow me to place them, nor do they leave my inventory at all.

It's happening both in singleplayer and on my server. Any idea how to fix it?

Found the issue, it was a clash with CustomNPCs.
