[Suggestion] More control over winged players #106

It would be nice to temporarily disable the ability to fly/hover via something. This could be a status effect or a command that does that or basically anything that is accessible to data packs (they are easy to understand)

(I already posted it on curseforge, but it might be easier to find here)
