This was raised over at https://github.com/chocolatey-community/chocolatey-package-requests/issues/1198

As mentioned on the Chocolatey Package Request repository, I came to update the package and found that the latest version is 1.9.0, which is the same as what is on the Chocolatey Community Repository. The last version was released in 2014, so I don't see any new versions being released in the future.

As there is nothing to do here, I'll close the issue here and the issue over on my repository.
