I fixed IndexError and add a feature for downloading from NRCAN server #41

Hi Pascal,

I have fixed the IndexError, which is mentioned in the issues and also add a feature regarding downloading data from NRCAN server for stations like PO that are not in FDSN server. As it is my first time pull request, I do not know the convection, so if there is anything I can do, please let me know.
