[ ] Accept either StDb or obspy.inventory object (or seamlessly switch between them using StDb tools)
[ ] Include QC thresholding using hierarchical clustering of correlation matrix
[ ] Convert core functions (H-k, CCP) to FORTRAN to improve speed
