The last decision was to make the interface non-resizable. So, we need a bigger background. Because of that, we also need new resolutions for icons.

We must to have a list of options istead of a PreferencesButton. That list will be shown at the left of newsArea.

I made an Options panel for an easier customizable interface. It also contains RSS options.
