Description

All viewable pages on cc should be fully responsive for all screen sizes and be compatible with a wide range of browsers.

Application is relatively responsive. Dashboard is not currently responsive (below iPad), if there is time it should be made responsive but for now there will just be a block if screen size is not supported.
