Example: EA and Belonging

Summary: "Basically, it's pretty hard for a community with a culture of prioritisation to do a good job of providing people with a sense of belonging." EA doesn't help people feel like they belong (accepted for who they are) more fitting in (accepted for how similar they are to everyone else). Again this leads to homogeny.
