Remove pcre-light dependency #13

This removes the dependency on libpcre in order to make deployment slightly easier (See #12)

By the way, you may be interested in Joey Adams' effort to remove the pcre-light dependency in postgresql-simple, available in lpsmith/postgresql-simple#20.
