Have "arXiv" or some pretty title shown in the center panel #26

Find out if arXiv or Cornell has some motto or slogan we can put underneath it.

Perhaps showing the current research field would be reasonable.

This issue is addressed as of https://github.com/paul-tqh-nguyen/arxiv_as_a_newspaper/commit/0d39efab2c4d6e28b02a7abe341457359d097372.

We have the current research field being shown below the faux title for our news paper ("The ArXiv Archive") along with a "previous" and "next" research field link to either side.

This issue has been addressed. Closing for now.
