Get rid of unused CLI options #45

Many of them are practically useless, e.g. running the ETL then starting the front end server as the ETL process takes way too long.

We decided to keep the option to run the ETL and then starting the front end server, but we did decide to remove the option to write ETL results to a JSON file.
