Error Msbuild failed when processing the file '...roslyn\src\Compilers\CSharp\Test\Syntax\Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp.Syntax.UnitTests.csproj' with message: The SDK 'Microsoft.DotNet.Arcade.Sdk'

Fixed in version 4.2.0.0
