Embeded calendar inside a modal shows up twice. #109

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an embedded calendar inside a modal window
2. Click on the link to open the modal

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
calendar should display only once but it initializes twice.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Control.modal.2.2.3.js
