How could I get the calendar to display in a popup versus div on page? #143

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.10.2 with "positionCalendarDiv" hacks applied to correct for scroll offsets.

Please provide any additional information below.
When using a scrollable div or forms with multiple fieldsets the control
doesn't always line up with the field it's attached to.  Also, when a field
that has the control attached to it lies at the bottom of a form, you can
only see half of the control. 

I'd like to render the calendar in a javascript based popup (centered on
screen) that is moveable so the user can always see it and access it.

Great plugin though.  Really usefull.
