Plugin installation instructions are outdated #154

Hi,

The home page for this project says you should do this:

script/plugin install --force 
http://calendardateselect.googlecode.com/svn/tags/calendar_date_select 

But it looks like the SVN repo either isn't used at all, or isn't kept in 
sync with git. When I installed via that method I got version 1.10.

I suspect it should be updated to this:

script/plugin install --force 
git://github.com/timcharper/calendar_date_select.git
