Style Piain is transparent #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in layout: <%= calendar_date_select_includes "palin" %>
2. in form:   <%= f.calendar_date_select :due, :time => true %>
3. tested with firefox 3.0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a plain dropdown with white background. instead the background is transparent.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.15
