Date flickering with Camino #46

By using latest versions of Camino & calendardateselect (Camino 1.5 &
calendardateselect >= 1.7.0 ) the date picker flickers whenever you hover
on top of a date.

I have no way to test this (no macs around here).  Could you commenting out the 
call
in JavaScript that adds the iframe behind the control?  I don't know what could 
be
causing this.
