date square on wrong day for March 17, 2008 #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup popup calendar
2. enter March 17, 2008 in the text box
3. click the calendar icon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect to see March 17 highlighted but instead March 16 is highlighted.

Latest version of as of a few minutes ago.
