Feature Request - have text date field popup calendar when force option is used. #68

When I use a popup calendar, I get a date input field & a calendar icon.

Using the :popup => force option I can force the user to use the calendar
icon to input a date.

I would like to be able to have clicks on both the date input field & the
calendar icon bring up the nice calendar input function. This is similar to
the way that date input happens on www.kayak.com.
