Extend open dialogue regex surface with common question words #39

How/What/Why/When/Where should also trigger open dialogue, even if there's no question mark involved.

A smarter approach might be to use the NLI model behind descriptive search to determine whether "this text contains a question." This should be tested against some stock commands, the search queries might be confounded with questions.
