I found some issues with .md removal. Here's what I used for testing: Obsidian Cleanup testcases.md

@bensleveritt your existing removeMd tests might make it easy to try to set up a simple GitHub Action for running npm tests.

Following https://github.com/Psionica/dual-obsidian-client/pull/65 we'll have a basic test suite run automatically. I'll create a PR after for these test cases. Thanks @sesi200
