identify what is specific to me rather than other players #13

e.g. account-wide achievements for tracking gold, quests completed etc. Which characters do vanilla, cata etc.

could identify highest current quest/daily/gold quest achieved and then base it off that. How would it work for ones above that though? e.g.

suppose account has 100 Quests as maximum. For characters below that, checks work fine. For any already on 100 they now need to compare against the next one up. As long as value is rechecked occasionally(?) then it works fine.
