Same artist spam check when adding track #17

When adding a track, carry out a check for the same artist in the playlist, if there are more than say 3 tracks by the same artist display a message 'Sorry there are already 3 tracks by this artist in the playlist - see Pi Etiquette for rules on spamming playlist with the same artist \ album'
