Hi Paul, sorry to contact you via this channel, neurio was sold and I never managed to get an account to the Neurio forum. I dug out my device from 2005 recently and am trying to extract the data via webbrowser (http://.../bith_tables.html, which works fine but only a very limited time, then it freezes and needs to be rebooted. Would you by any chance know wehre or how I could get a newer firmware that might have resolved this issue? Really sorry to bother you, many thanks! Regards, Stephan

I'm not sure where the firmware to load manually would be but here is where they moved the login from https://my.neur.io to https://mypwrview.generac.com/. You may need to contact generac.com support to get a firmware loaded manually into a neurio device.
